DOWNTOWN MARKET (WED 4-7) | RED DEER REAL ESTATE

Do you enjoy a nice summer morning stroll down to Red Deer’s own Farmer’s Market evey Saturday? Perhaps you enjoy going to pick up some locally produced goods to load your fridge for the week. Do you ever find yourself unable to make it to the market one week, or running a bit short on...

Thanks Tylor! We are always working Saturdays, and only ever go to the market for the food items, so it is a great alternative that fits into our schedule! Maybe we will see you down there? I’ll be the guy with my mits full of veggies.

Nice article, a true farmers market, and great for a mid-week stock-up. Stoked to head there tomorrow.

TAKE YOUR OFFER SERIOUSLY | RED DEER REAL ESTATE

I am having one of those weeks. I know the week has just started, but sometimes you know that the week is going to be just downright weird, and it doesn’t matter if it is just starting. I have seen some pretty strange stuff happen since I entered into the real estate profession, and at...

Ouch… I was just talking about this with Juho, thinking of when he bought his townhouse… isn’t it sort of a legal thing when you put in an offer? If your client was retracting offers… shouldn’t he be paying a percentage of the offer when he backs down? Or is there a timeframe where he can get away with it… or have I misread the situation?

Sometimes, albeit very rarely, I get the opportunity to work with two fantastic clients (both a buyer...

SIGN CALLING TO SAVE MONEY NOW? | RED DEER REAL ESTATE

Photobucket

So I received a call off of one of my “For Sale” signs over the weekend by an individual looking to take a peek into one of my listings. This happens quite often, and I have no problem running over to show a property to a potential purchaser. After meeting the interested couple, we got...

Mike,
great post… This is bang on. This is a big mystery to me too when I get the same calls off of my signs and the same responces from the buyer. I never will work directly with the seller and buyer. I’ll always have someone that I work with help the buyer out. Working with both parties does a dis-favor to both.

I enjoy your posts… they always give me something to think about. It’s interesting how backwards some people are when they go about these things.
